Tradizione, equilibrio e narrazione
Il tatuaggio giapponese è molto più di uno stile.
È un linguaggio artistico costruito nei secoli, dove ogni elemento ha un significato e ogni composizione nasce per raccontare una storia.
È anche lo stile che più mi permette di esprimere il mio modo di lavorare.
Ogni tatuaggio racconta una storia. Il mio lavoro è aiutare ogni persona a rendere indelebile sulla pelle una parte della propria vita.
Per me un buon tatuaggio giapponese non è quello che riempie la pelle. È quello che trova il giusto equilibrio con il corpo di chi lo indosserà.
Per questo motivo non progetto mai un tatuaggio partendo semplicemente da un soggetto. Ogni progetto nasce dalla persona: dalla sua anatomia, dal significato che desidera esprimere e da come il tatuaggio accompagnerà il suo corpo nel tempo.
Quando disegno un tatuaggio giapponese cerco sempre equilibrio.
Tra pieni e vuoti.
Tra forza e leggerezza.
Tra movimento e respiro.
Tra la tradizione di questo linguaggio artistico e l'identità della persona che lo porterà sulla pelle.
Che si tratti di una manica, di una schiena, di un body suit o di un progetto più contenuto, ogni composizione viene studiata affinché sembri appartenere naturalmente al corpo, come se fosse sempre stata lì.
Per me il tatuaggio giapponese significa anche rispetto.
Rispetto per una tradizione straordinaria.
Rispetto per la persona che sceglie di affidarsi a me.
E rispetto per la responsabilità di creare qualcosa destinato a vivere insieme a lei per tutta la vita.

Tradition, balance and storytelling
Japanese tattooing is much more than a style.
It is a visual language developed over centuries, where every element carries meaning and every composition tells a story.
It is also the style that best represents the way I approach tattooing.
Every tattoo begins with a story. My job is to help every person make a part of their life permanent on their skin.
To me, a great Japanese tattoo is not the one that simply fills the skin. It is the one that finds the right balance with the body of the person wearing it.
For this reason, I never begin a project by simply choosing a subject. Every design starts with the person: their anatomy, the meaning they want to express, and the way the tattoo will naturally live on their body over time.
When I design Japanese tattoos, I constantly search for balance.
Between solid and empty spaces.
Between strength and lightness.
Between movement and breathing room.
Between the traditions of Japanese tattooing and the individuality of the person wearing it.
Whether it is a sleeve, a backpiece, a bodysuit or a smaller project, every composition is carefully designed to feel like it naturally belongs to the body, as if it had always been there.
To me, Japanese tattooing is also about respect.
Respect for an extraordinary tradition.
Respect for the person who chooses to trust me.
And respect for the responsibility of creating something that will live with them for the rest of their life.
